- Teaching methods
- Criminal Law and Procedure are positive legal disciplines. They can exist only in mutual interaction. Education needs use of theoretical - practical methods, based on presentation of theoretical provision and its explanation as a practical example within active student involvement. This enable to teacher to evaluate the level of knowledge and at the same time the method provides background on ability of students to apply theoretical information in concrete case.
- Assessment methods
- The students have to study at home (individual study of law, cases, literature, and power point presentations) beside the attendance at lectures. The students have to solve the problems and argue during the oral exam. The oral examination takes place in a presentation form. In case of an unfavourable epistemological situation, it will be changed.
