- The revolutionary year 1848 and its importance for the development of the state and law Constitutional development of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy Formation of modern legal system Foundation of the Czechoslovak Republic Constitutional and legal development of the so called "First Republic (Czechoslovakia 1918-1938) Development of public administration and municipal authorities in the Czech Republic So called "Second Republic" (Czechoslovakia 1939-1945) Period of bondage, concept of post-war order in Czechoslovakia Post-war renewal 1945-1948.
