- Course objectives
- Student has to work with german literature from sphere of his concern,
Student shall unterstand legal text and discuss special issues - Syllabus
- Student has to write resumé of dissertation thesis + CV in German.
- Student has to read german literature related with sphere of his concern - at least 200 pages.
- Student has to demonstrate that he is able to understand legal text and to discuss elementar issues of sphere of his concern.

- Doktorand si musí přečíst německou odbornou literaturu z okruhu studovaného vědního oboru v rozsahu nejméně 200 stran. Literatura by neměla být starší než 10 let.
- Teaching methods
- Independent study of specialized literature connected with the theme of doctoral thesis. Tutorials.Individual preparation of the student. Consultations with the examiner before the examination. Analysis and interpretation of documents. Discussions, information exchanges and argumentation.
