Course objectives
The aim of the course is - on the base of knowledges of the course Civil law I to appropriate the knowledge of the theory and practice the institute of civil law relation and its structure.
Syllabus
  • 1. The civil law relation, its meaning and its importance among the institutes of civil law. Civil law relation as zhe instrument of metodology of civil law. 2. The system of civil law relations. 3. The typology of civil law relations. 4. The persons in the juridical sense. 5. Human being as the person in the juridical sense. 6. The legal persons (entities). 7. The subject-matter of civil law relation. 8. The rights and obligations as the element of the civil law relation.

The condition of the gaining of the credits are presentation of the individual or group student´s project and the colloquium.
