Syllabus (in Czech)

• 1. blok: Zákonné a podzákonné právní předpisy, které upravují výkon znalecké činnosti. Vznik a zánik oprávnění vykonávat znaleckou činnost 2. blok: Trestní a správní odpovědnost znalce při podání znaleckého posudku. Činnosti orgánů státní správy znalecké činnosti na úrovni krajských soudů a Ministerstva spravedlnosti. 3. blok: Řádnost a včasnost podání znaleckého posudku. Řešení praktických případů.
