- Main objectives are as follows:
- to understand and explain general family law problems;
- to understand current issues concerning marriage, divorce, property of spouses, child’s support, filiation law and adoption;
- to analyze differences between the European legal systems; - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, student should be able to:

- notice current issues concerning family law;
