Course objectives
Na konci tohoto kurzu bude student schopen porozumět koncepci výkonu soudního rozhodnutí na území ČR. Předmět není omezen na uznání vnitrostátních rozhodnutí, ale výklad bude veden také směrem k rozhodnutím cizích států, a to jak členských států EU, tak států třetích. At the end of this course students will understand the concept of enforcement of judgments on the territory of the Czech Republic. Both national and foreign judgements (from EU member states and third states) will be taken into account.

  • 1. enforcement of judgments in general 2. recognition and enforcement of third state judgments 3. recognition and enforcement of EU member state judgments according to Brussels I 4. recognition and enforcement of EU member state judgments according to other REgulations
