Course objectives
Within the scope of International and European Labour Law, students learn the fundamental institutions and documents for international labour law and law-making (International Labour Organization, the United Nations) as well as the fundamental documents of the European institutions concerning labour law (Council of Europe, European Union) and their law-making. Aim of the course International and European Labour Law is to make students understand the regulation of labour relations at international and European level within the general tendencies of globalization and European integration, and individual labour law institutes within the relevant standardization bodies.
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this course the student is ready to work for international organizations dealing with the issues of labour law and apply international standards in the field of labour law, particularly in relation to European Union law.

  • Prohibition of Discrimination in Employment Relationships. Direct and Indirect Discrimination.
  • 2./ BRIEF CHARACTERISTIC OF INDIVIDUAL REASONS FOR DISCRIMINATION

  • 3./ EXTERNAL KNOWLEDGE IN MULTINATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
