Course objectives
The course aim is develop the students ability to use the basic and optional statistics for the analysis of sociable phenomens. The aim of the course is to develop the students ability to use the basic and optional statistics for the analysis of social phenomens, especially with regard to the application of statistical data in the dissertation.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to use statistics in processing the dissertation topic.
Syllabus
  • Basis of statistics.
  • Descriptive statistics: Terms of descriptive statistics, Characteristic of position, Characteristic of variability.
  • Incidental choice.
  • Indexs: Laspeyr's index, Paasche's index, Fisher's index.
  • The coefficients of correlation.
  • Options of graphical representation of results.
