Course objectives
This course is aimed at the development of practical skills which are needed for their practice as higher justice officials.
Learning outcomes
At the and of the course student will be able
to know the practise of the higher judicial officer,
to understand the issues of decision making in the criminal proceedings,
to write decision in accordance with the competences of a higher justice official.

Teaching methods
Training of practical situations - preparation of concepts of the meassures and decisions in accordance with the competences of a higher justice official. Analysis of the case law. Homework excercises.
