Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with procedures and its specifics in the field of Offences Act; in the field of Building Act;and in the field of Trade Licensing Act.
Learning outcomes
After a successful completion of course, student should obtain theoretical and practical knowledge from chosen kinds of administrative procedures. Student should be able to orientate in special law regulations of administrative proceeding according to Building Act, Offences Act and Trade Licensing Act, always with subsidiary effect of Administrative Code. Student should be able to apply concrete provisions of given special laws in relation to corresponding provisions and also to general principles of Administrative Code during decision making process (including measures of general nature, public law contracts and other acts of public authorities) and also during various revision processes. Student should be able to explain system of judicial revision of given kinds of procedures in chosen fields of public administration. Student should be able to process corresponding submissions, requests, suggestions, concepts of administrative decisions and submissions on revision. Student should be able to orientate in relevant judicature.

  • Relation between special regulation of administrative proceeding and general regulation included in Administrative Code; problems connected with subsidiary effect of Administrative code, including tasks of judicature; administrative procedures and its specifics in the field of Offences Act; administrative procedures and its specifics in the field of Building Act; administrative procedures and its specifics in the field of Trade Licensing Act.
