- Course objectives
- This course has as its objective to provide a profound knowledge of corporate law to students of the bachelor programs who already passed the introduction to the commercial law field. The lessons are focused on solving model cases, similar to what students might later experience in practice. After completion of the course, the students should be able to deal with these simple cases on their own.
- Learning outcomes
- After passing this course, students get a more profound understanding of corporate law. They comprehend the main concepts of corporate law, and they are able to interpret them.
