- Course objectives
- The specific content and objectives of the course and the resulting requirements for its completion are always based on the individual study plan and its semester content. The course is usually focused on detailed solutions of individual questions and the creation of a working text of individual chapters of the dissertation. The aim is to complete the core parts of the thesis, formulate the key ideas, continually receive feedback and improve the text in response, while developing appropriate skills.
- Learning outcomes
- The specific outcomes are always based on the individual study plan and its semester content. They are determined according to the principles set by the departmental board of the relevant programme. Unless otherwise stipulated by this procedure, the outputs usually include: - progress in addressing the individual professional issues that are the subject of the dissertation, - the creation of a working text of the individual chapters of the dissertation, completion of the core part of the dissertation, - obtaining feedback and the opportunity to revise the text in response to it, as well as to develop relevant skills; this is also done through a discussion meeting (the format and composition of which is determined by the supervisor), where the partial outputs are presented and discussed
- Syllabus
- The curriculum is prepared individually in agreement with the supervisor as part of the semester-long individual study plan. It usually includes detailed solutions to individual questions in relation to the chosen concept. Ongoing work on individual chapters of the dissertation continues, specific subtopics are consulted, and the student actively seeks opportunities to gain further knowledge as well as feedback on the processed outputs. Completes key parts of the thesis and formulates key ideas. The discussion of these outputs in a discussion meeting (the format and composition of which is determined by the supervisor), together with a plan for further action, usually represents a study milestone, the completion of which is an obligation set out in the individual study plan.
