Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to provide the students with both theoretical as well as practical knowledge on how to manage international research consortia. Furthermore the concept of Open Science, that is the new approach to conducting research is introduced, incl. the underlying legal and managerial issues.
Learning outcomes
After completion of this course the students shall be able to: - understand the functioning of international research consortium management and related legal issues - use basic relevant management tools - understand, explain and apply the concepts of Open Science
