Course objectives
The course focuses on the law obligations – contracts, delicts and other sources of obligations. It also covers general aspects of obligations. It is focused both on specific institutes and the development.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able to;
Characterize the specifics of obligations and specific institutes of the law of obligations;
Explain the development of specific institutes;
Analyse the circumstances in which these institutes were developed.

As a teaching method, there is an individual study of assigned expert literature and eventually individual expert consultations with lecturers.
