- Course objectives
- The course is of theoretical-practical character, its aim is to prepare students for the preparation of professional texts, seminars, year-long and other written work to meet the general requirements of a specific assignment. It is also a preparation for mastering the preparation of professional texts for the Bachelor's thesis.
- Learning outcomes
- The student knows the formal requirements for writing a professional text The student gains knowledge of the basic principles of creating professional texts and their structure The student can interpret the ethical principles of research work and the researcher The student knows the basics of citing professional sources
- Syllabus
- 1. Individual characteristics of types of written work 2. Principles of text production - definition of terms, content, formal and genre structure 3. Professional text - requirements for the author, content and formal structure 4. The problem of originality of the work, ethical principles of the researcher 5. Stages of elaboration, basic prerequisites for the elaboration of a written work 6. Form of the written work, structure, appendices, abstract 7. Citation and list of bibliographic data
