Syllabus

1.LECTURE: Drug classification. Mechanisms of drug effects. Basic pharmacokinetics. Drug interactions.
2.LECTURE: Adverse drug effects. General management of poisoning. Drug dependence. Rational Pharmacotherapy.
3.LECTURE: Neurotropic drugs. Anaesthetics, analgesics, psychotropic drugs.
4.LECTURE: Antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs.

7 dvouhodinových přednášek a seminářů. Na poslední 8. stáži - kolokvium - multivýběrový test. Přednášky i semináře jsou povinné.
