Course objectives
The general aim of the practical training is the ability to apply the nursing process to the patients in the skin department. Particular aims of the tutition - at the end of the course students should be able: - to describe and define the specifity of the nursing process at dermatovenerology - to decribe the process of the care at the dermatovenerology - to name individually and repeat the process of identification of the patients needs at the dermatovenerology - to explain the determiners of the specific approach to the ill patients at the dermatovenerology - to formulate basic nursing problems of the patients at the dermatology - to evaluate the effectivity of nursing interventions by the patients at dermatology - to use nursing and health documentation of the patients and report changes of the health status of the patients on the basis of the legislation and competency of students
Syllabus
  • Students have clinical practice at the dermatological department in the Teaching Hospital Brno-Bohunice. The goal of practice is to be acquainted with the basic information concerning the most common skin diseases,to be involved in the care of the people with skin problems and tasks of the nurse for the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.Nursing in   dermato-venereology - clinical practice
