Prerequisites
Interest in understanding the operation of various production and repair facilities. Own experience given by previous attendance at a similar event within the department's studies.

Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to acquire advanced skills and skills to successfully organize and manage the teaching process in technical subjects and subjects containing information technology themes. In particular, it involves the acquisition of knowledge and skills for the use and creation of various organizational forms, teaching methods and teaching resources. Further acquiring the knowledge and skills that teachers need to prepare professional materials, excursions and discussions for pupils of primary schools.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- successfully organize and manage the teaching process in technical subjects and in subjects containing the topic of information technology.
- acquire knowledge and skills for the use and creation of various organizational forms, teaching methods and teaching aids.
- prepare professional materials for the excursion of primary school.
- to propose a written preparation of a professional excursion to a production plant.

  • 1. Technology and technical education as a part of general education.
  • 2. Preparation and implementation of the teaching process.
  • 3. Technology of teaching technical subjects at primary school - theory of teaching, didactics.
  • 4. Technical museums and educational institutions in pedagogical practice.
  • 5. Professional excursion as a progressive form of teaching.
  • 6. Ecological and environmental education as a part of technical and information education.
  • 7. Teaching methods and resources in subjects of technical and information-technological character.
  • 8. Choice of profession and role of excursion.
