Course objectives
Basic economic terms, economic systems, market system (demand and offer). Economic thinking and economisc schools. Macroeconomis goals and tools. Gross national product, unemployment, inflation, money, banks and foreig trade. Economic questions of these days.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Ekonomie. Ekonomické systémy. Výrobní faktory. Dějiny ekonomického myšlení: počátky, antické Řecko, merkantilismus, klasická a neoklasická ekonomie. Makroekonomie: cíle a nástroje, agregátní nabídka a poptávka; spotřeba úspory investice, mezinárodní obchod, měnové systémy, bankovní systém.
