- Course objectives (in Czech)
- This course will primarily be based upon discussion. Through practice, students will become more comfortable and more proficient using more complicated structures. They will also develop a more sophisticated sense of the subtleties of English, (collocations, connotations, register, etc). Students will evaluate what they are learning and how they learn English in order to apply that awareness to their own teaching.
- Syllabus (in Czech)
- We will spend approximately two weeks on each unit of "Inside Out," starting, of course, with unit 8. The textbook will also be supplemented with other activities. Week of Nov. 15: First Essay due. Week of Dec. 13: Second Essay due.
