- Course objectives
- Students through hereof subject prepare on its role realization problems sectional subject general educational programmes (school educational programmes) on vocational schools and training centre. The objective of the course is to make students familiar with basic institutes of labour law, employment issues and collective bargaining. It focuses on solving specific problems from the practice.

- Employment law - right for employment - tools of active policy in employment and their implementation in regions - problems of ilegal work - agency employment - employing people with disabilities Labour law - subject of labour law - employment, origination, changes - termination of employment - additional labour - law relations - working time and recovery holiday Collective bargaining - making collective treaties, solving collective disputes Labour law in the European Communities - free movement of labour force and sending employees within the EU
