- Course objectives
- development of professional skills, familiarization with roles which teachers embody during their work,
gaining awareness of own professional needs and achieving recognition as an assistant teacher and a teacher
linking theoretical knowledge acquired in the courses of pedagogy, psychology and the studied field with practical experience,
deepening reflective and autoreflective skills
setting aims, individual and cooperative planning, lesson execution
creating a positive and constructive class atmosphere - Syllabus
- activities performed in the position of teacher assistant assigned by the headteacher (e.g. help with correcting essays and pupil´s notebooks, preparing teaching aids, individual work with pupils with special needs, accompaniment (with the teacher) of pupils on school trips, preparing school projects and activities, supervision, participation in class meetings, helping with school / class documentation preparation class meetings, substituting teachers, etc.).
