- Course objectives
- After completion of the course the student should be able to use knowledge of the use and development of technical and natural materials-paper, natural, textiles, metals, wood, plastics, textiles, etc.using working tools and instruments. In addition to use in school practice working with construction involving the RVP circuit assembly and disassembly work,knowledge of the operation and maintenance of household and apply knowledge in the field of electrical engineering. This information will then be able to use the right choice of techniques and methods for the manufacture of products in the context of the RVP educational area Man and the World of Work.
- Syllabus
- 1. Working with natural materials - an overview of natural materials, seasonal collection and its use by different seasons - fruits, bark, leaves, stalks, straw, etc., tools and equipment, operations and procedures, folk customs, traditions and crafts. 2. Working with Technology - overview of technical materials - properties, application in practice (wood, metal, plastic, wire, textiles, etc.), tools and equipment for manual processing, simple operations and procedures, crafts and traditions. 3. Paper handling - paper-making materials overview - performance, production, practical application (paper, cardboard, paperboard, etc., techniques of paper (folding, gluing, molding, cutting, art techniques, etc). 4. Assembly and disassembly work - construction and electrical construction, assembly and disassembly models, work with instructions, patterns, plan, scheme, production and distribution of electric energy, environmental protection, energy resources perspective, a simple electrical circuit, quantities and units, electrical schematics, electrical appliances). 5. Household maintenance and operations - finance and operations (budget, revenues, expenses, payments, electricity), maintenance of household (minor household repairs, maintenance of household appliances, electrical, safety, risk of electric shock, etc).
