- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: to understand the issues in the field of experimental measurements on semiconductor structures, nanostructures and optical imaging systems
- Syllabus
- There are more advanced experimental measurements: Surface semiconductors, clean electronics technologies, optics, plasma and nuclear physics. As part of the course students take practical training of preparation technology of semiconductor devices in Clean rooms for the Si technology and of the basics of measuring electron microscope in the Laboratory of Electron Microscopy (MU, Kotlářská).
