Course objectives
The aim of the course is to gain knowledge about the current post-communicative approach to teaching foreign languages ​​(specifically Russian) and activating teaching methods at secondary schools. Students develop their didactic competences in the field of curriculum creation and teaching materials, students will deepen their knowledge about the possibilities of implementing the principles of didactics of another foreign language (Russian) in educational practice. Emphasis is placed on the specifics of Russian as a Slavic language in teaching Czech students.

  • 1. Post-communicative approach in teaching foreign languages ​​(parameters, pupil and teacher characteristics, conditions).
  • 2. Curriculum documents (SERRJ, RVP for grammar schools and secondary schools) and Russian (planning, implementation).
  • 3. Teaching methods (teaching with the support of modern technologies, project as a teaching method, speech problems, etc.).
  • 4. Maturita in Russian (requirements, types of assignments, evaluation).
  • 5. The inclusion of Russian realities, history and literature in Russian language teaching at secondary schools.
  • 6. Intercultural Aspects in Russian Teaching
  • 7. Evaluation and creation of teaching materials for teaching Russian at secondary schools
  • 8. Reflection of own instruction.
