- Course objectives
- • Allow students to real self-experience with selected topics of (see topics of the seminar) personal and professional development through experiential learning with an emphasis on reflection. • Lead students to gradually take greater responsibility for their own learning (self-directed learning) Student after the seminar will: • better understand their own process of self-reflection in relation to selected areas (see topics of the seminar) • take a close look at several selected topics of (see topics of the seminar) personal development (eg. How best to teach others.) and professional development ( eg. What is his/her own subjective approach to teaching etc.).
