- The students will:
- study different types of literary works (e.g. short stories, fables, poems, extracts from novels) and learn about the possibilities for using them in lessons;
- learn to design different types of activities for individual stages of work with a literary text;
- study the criteria for choosing an appropriate text for different age groups and levels;
- discover possibilities and potentials of extensive reading. - Learning outcomes

Course requirements:
Active participation in the lessons and in the discussions in moodlinka
A series of lesson plans (4 is minimum) based on one literary text - microteaching or extensive reading programme for a class at the primary school.
