Course objectives
At the end of this course, students will be able understand and explain what they are emissions of air pollutants and how they are measured, will be able to explain how to create a general plan of the atmosphere which metrics and statistics are kept on the territory of the Czech Republic and what is it; explain the importance of ecological corridors; explain the context of the ecological footprint, sustainable development and the greenhouse effect in relation to road transport; understand and explain the basic procedures for remediation of environmental accidents. Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to understand and explain: Specialities and principles of transport business. Financing of transport corporations. Transport and tax policy. Analysis and structure of transport market. Pricing in transport services and costs in transport sector.
