Course objectives
This course covers how to use writing methods and activities for young English language learners (upper basic and secondary school level). Often writing is viewed as a supplemental activity in foreign language classes while it should be a vital aspect of language exploration and acquisition. In this class, students will have opportunities to learn various writing methods, to enhance their own writing and to experiment with teaching activities for writing skills. Active student participation in class sessions is required as well as work on Moodlinka.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Class attendance and work throughout the semester on Moodlinka are compulsory. Students will also be required to complete a writing notebook to be turned in at the final class session.
