Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquire advanced knowledge and skills related to work with   text. Content is the introduction to   text editors, the creation of documents   emphasis on typography and enhanced text editors, graphics and tables in the   document, mail merge, linking documents, export to other formats.
Syllabus
  • 1st Basic editing of the text. (The structure of the document, character, word, paragraph, section, the movement for a document, blocks ...)
  • 2nd The basics of text formatting. (Type, type, cut, size and other characteristics of fonts, paragraph formatting and page ...)
  • 3rd Styles. Template. (The use of defined styles and templates, creating his own style / template, the possibilities of using styles ...)
  • 4th Working with files - documents. (Opening and closing, switch between open documents, import / export documents ...)
  • 5th Table. (Working with   tables, format borders, samples, rows / columns, cells ...)
  • 6th The format of the page. (Header and Footer document, page numbering, borders and color pages, the possibilities ...)
  • 7th Format. Work box. (Format fonts, paragraph, section, a copy of the format, copy and move text search ...)
  • 8th Equation. (Insert and work with mathematical equations     in a text editor, inserting symbols ...)
  • 9th Initial. Bar text. (Creation and formatting of initials, the distribution of text into multiple columns, set the parameters ...)
  • 10th Corrections. (The Return, auto repair, the spelling checker, the language setting, hyphenation ...)
  • 11th Content development. Notes. (Making notes, comments and footnotes, creating content and records ...)
  • 12th Graphics   document. (Insert graphics, clip art and the Clip Art Gallery, support for the web, drawing, graphs ...)
