- The aim of the course is to acquire or improve: - basic motoric skills - technically-tactical knowledge in the context of motoric and sports activities appropriate for the spare time of children, youth and mature - physical fitness of students

- Basic knowledge and skills in athletics Basic knowledge and skills in gymnastics Basic knowledge and skills in motoric and sport games Basic knowledge and skills in water sports Basic knowledge and skills in non-traditional motoric activities and games Basic knowledge and skills in compensation exercises Basic knowledge and skills in outdoor sports and motoric activities Aerobic, fitness exercises with music Health-compensation exercises Specific exercises for impaired people
