- Course objectives
- Explication of our and international political Problems of Political Science. At the end of the course student should be able to explain importance inner and international Political Problems in theoretical and practical Continuities.

- Seminar. Form is class discussion.

- Writen test. Student prove Knowledge of Ground Topical political Problems. He must three quarter true answers for credit.
