- Course objectives
- At the end of this course the student will be able to:
- apply the theoretical foundations of educational diagnostics and elementary practical diagnostic skills in practice;
- based on acquired knowledge to understand and explain the key concepts of educational diagnostics;
- perform basic diagnostics in the class;
- use the acquired knowledge in teaching vocational subjects;
- create quality educational test; - Syllabus
- - Education as a diagnostic process (Basic concepts, types, functions and objectives of diagnosis, principles and stages of diagnostic process, problems diagnostic work, diagnostic skills.) - Diagnostic methods and techniques (Observation, interview, questionnaire, test, test, history, studies of educational documentation, special diagnostic methods.) - The educational diagnosis (Diagnostics school efficiency, production and use of didactic test diagnostics proficiency, physical fitness, special skills, professional orientation, school classes, family, self-teacher.)

- Lecture, briefing on the work of diagnostic tests, individual work with literature.

- The course is completed by colloquium. Requirements for the colloquium: written test for verification of basic knowledge and verification of practical skills using creation of didactic test according to the instructions given by the tutor.
