Course objectives
Educational goals of the subject is basic knowledge with an understanding of the basics of educational research focusing on methods of educational research, as well as basic skills aplikativní various methods of educational research. The main content of education include concepts such as methods of educational research, quantitative research, qualitative research, hypothesis, variables, etc.
Knowledge: quantitative educational research; qualitative educational research; hypothesis; variables.
Skills: apply basic methods pedagogic research; questionnaire; video studies; observation; scaling; interview; content analysis.
Attitudes: accept the importance pedagogic research in education and training; learn the values of objectivity and fairness pedagogic research; recognize the ethical principles of educational research.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students should know and be able to:
- apply basic methods of pedagogic research
- evaluate and present the results pedagogic research
- accept and comply with the professional and ethical requirements when using the methods of pedagogic research

Full-time study mode
The seminar is evaluated from the ongoing tasks. Deadline to submit tasks is always last educational Sunday of the semester.
In the seminar are allowed three absences.
Colloquium: Final written test with a success rate of 60 % with oral colloquium by curriculum of the subject.
