The seminar is compulsory elective to the lecture on the theory and methodology of education.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce to the students the basics of the Global Education (GE). The students will learn some basic teaching methods of the active learning and practically they get known the global issues through their critical reflection. The students should get at the workshop the skills of the critically evaluation the objective reality and the skills of the argumentation. The students will gain the knowledge and the skill to integrate the global dimension into the learning topics.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
Po absolvování předmětu student: - porozumí principům a hodnotám, na kterých globální vzdělávání staví a seznámí se s příklady témat, kterými se zabývá na modelových lekcích a aktivitách zažiji, jak může globální vzdělávání vypadat v praxi - získají přehled o metodách výuky, které umožňují a podporují aktivní učení a kritické myšlení - získají inspiraci a podporu v tom, jak pracovat s kontroverzními tématy - získají zkušenost a podporu v plánování vlastních vzdělávacích lekcí či programů - budou průběžně reflektovat vlastní pohled na vzdělávání a zkušenost s pedagogickou praxí
