Course objectives
The aim is to gain basic knowledge of proper social behavior. How to maintain a socially in different situations.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, the student will be able to correctly maintain in all basic social situations, will be able to characterize the basic principles of the social protocol. The student will be able to communicate correctly - both verbally and by phone. The student will correctly orientate in nomenclature and abbreviations used in social communication. At the end of the course the student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to various types of events in both working and private environments.
