- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide participants with space for reflection and sharing of experiences from teaching practice and to help them deepen (self)reflective skills (focus on peer-to-peer learning).
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the participant is able to:
• openly share and reflect on experiences from their own teaching practice within the professional community;
•purposefully use self-reflection as a tool for professional learning;
•systematically work with the A Student Teacher Professional Competence Standard. - Syllabus
