- Course objectives
- The course will provide an initial consideration of aspects of Irish history and culture and a detailed look at work by its two most famous twentieth century literary figures, James Joyce and W.B. Yeats. The aim will be to show how a study of the history and culture shed light on the literature and vice-versa.
