- Course objectives
- The course aims to offer a presentation of the Catalan lands from several points of view. After finishing the course, students should have a general overview of Catalan culture, society, politics, art, etc.
- Syllabus
- There are several topics to be treated in this subject: - Geography od Catalonia - Folklor, traditions, music, art, food - Catalan language - History - Political and social situation (education, mass-media...) - Use of catalan language in the catalan society
