Course objectives (in Czech)

Úvod do problematiky studia dějin práva, literatura. Prameny práva, okruhy práva v pozdním středověku a raném novověku. Základy zemského práva na Moravě. Ctibor Tovačovský - Tovačovská kniha. Zemské sněmy, zemští úředníci. Zemský soud, proces, půhonné knihy, rozbor zápisů. Zemské desky. Rozbor vkladů v zemských deskách, majetkové právo. Trestní právo. Landfrýdy. Zemská zřízení.
