Course objectives
Main objectives of the course can be summarized as follows: to acquire the basic knowledge of the Italian grammar and to be able to introduce oneself, book a hotel and ask a direction.
Syllabus
  • 1. Italian pronuciation.
  • 2. Singural and plural of nouns and adjectives.
  • 3. Introducing oneself.
  • 4. Personal and possessive pronouns stressed and unstressed.
  • 5. Cardinal numerals. Hours.
  • 6. Verbs of the I,II and III verbal classes.
  • 7. Auxiliary verbs: dovere, potere, volere.
  • 8. Imperative. Asking a direction.
  • 9. Future tense (Future I.).
  • 10. Reflexive verbs.
  • 11. Irregural verbs: essere, avere, andare, venire, uscire, fare, dire, sapere, stare.
  • 12. Making a phone call.
  • 13. Booking a room in a hotel.
