- At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand and explain the development of museums of applied arts
Analyze of development of industry and arts to museums
Interpret of museum's collections - Syllabus
- Introduction, terminology, periodization.
- Industrial and arts exhihitions in 18th and 19th century.
- Great World's Fair in 19th and 20th century and museums
- Museum of applied arts in Vienna
- History of museums of applied arts in Czech Republic - Brno, Liberec, Praha, Teplice, Chrudim, Plzeň etc.
