- Course objectives
- Historical circumstances and spiritual/intellectual connexions of Czechoslovak linguistics, with a particular respect to the Prague Linguistic Circle. The Prague School of Linguistics is defined as a large set of scientific texts, where a "center" and a "perifery" are distinguished. Selected texts from this set are read.

"Řeč a sloh" 9) Esquisse d'une sémiologie du théâtre. 10) Semantic gesture. 11) History of literature as scientific topic. 12) A holist description nof language. 13) Possibilities of further development.

Information on course enrolment limitations: Na podzim 2009 vypsáno pouze pro ty studenty, kterým předmět schází z povinného pensa pro ukončení studia v roce 2009/2010. Volný pro všechny bude tento předmět na podzim 2010.
