- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the ethical aspects of conducting research.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course the student will be able to
- identify ethically sensitive aspects of their research project;
- conduct data collection, analysis, storage, and presentation in compliance with the curren ethical requirements;
- draft a high-quality informed consent form;
- apply for the ethical approval. - Syllabus

- - ethical and legal aspects of research with human participants (treatment of data in terms of privacy, rewards to participants, potential harm to participants, deception)

- - researching vulnerable populations
- - MU ethics committee, how to apply for ethical approval
- - workshop: discussion and analysis of the students' dissertation projects in terms of research ethics
