- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is a practical exercise in popularizing contemporary music with an output directed to new media, or social networks (YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Students will gain project-based experience in creating an online presentation of the work of contemporary Czech composers.
- Learning outcomes
- The output of each student's work will be a maximum ten-minute video presentation explaining the work of one particular composer.
- Syllabus
- 1. Project layout.
- 2. Necessary prerequisites to create a presentation (cognitive base, technological support).
- 3. Rules of music popularization (content, form)
- 4. Individual work on presentations + consultations.
- 5. Presentation of outputs in the seminar.
- 6. Publication of outputs in a common channel of contributions.
