Course objectives
The course follows up the previous course PJ_04 Polish for Intermediate students.
During this course knowledge of Polish grammar is completed (excluding participles) and new competencies are gained.
At the end of this course students should be able to:
- Find on the internet and comprehend academic Polish text
- Name all the zodiac signs and use wider range of descriptive expressions of one´s character
- Name commonly known animals and use some idioms with the animal names
- Describe a house/flat/room and report problems (a piece of furniture/device/machine is broken, is missing, does not work properly and so on)
- Name human body parts and organs , explain to a doctor particular health problem
- Use various expressions of Dis/agreement within a discussion

Teaching methods
Theoretical instruction combined with numerous practical language exercises, homeworks, e-learning (since winter term 2013).
Assessment methods
2 homeworks, final exam - written (min. 70%) and oral, activity in e-learning part of the course.

General note: Předmět mohou zapsat posluchači všech oborů FF MU. Přednost mají posluchači, kteří absolvovali předmět PJ_04 Polština pro mírně pokročilé. Přijati mohou být i zájemci, kteří tuto podmínku nesplňují, a to na základě rozhodnutí vyučujícího.
