- Course objectives
- In the form of lectures by foreign and local experts, or organized cultural events, the course introduces students theoretically and practically to Polish culture and science.
- Learning outcomes
- By completing the course, the student gains an overview of:
- the research activities of prominent foreign and domestic polonists;
- selected topics of contemporary polonistic research;
- about contemporary Polish culture and its creators. - Syllabus
- Topics are based on the current guest list and calendar of cultural events.
- Literature
- Zalecana literatura przedstawiana jest na bieżąco w zależności od tematu wykładu lub wydarzenia..
- Teaching methods
- Lectures, workshops and cultural events (readings, concerts, theatre performances, discussions).
- Assessment methods
- Credit is awarded for appropriate attendance at lectures, workshops and cultural events (outside of the normally scheduled classes). The required minimum is 7 attendances (plus preparation).
