Course objectives
The aim of the course Grammar of the Vietnamese Language in Practice is to connect theoretical knowledge with practical skills and opportunities for more advanced use of the language, both in everyday use and in potential professional application.
Learning outcomes
Upon completing the course, the student will be able to: - Apply theoretical knowledge of the Vietnamese language to practical skills - Identify the specifics of Vietnamese grammar - Engage in informed discussions about the Vietnamese language

  • 1. Introductory Class 2. Vietnamese and Czech Grammatical Systems – Two Grammatical Systems "at Opposite Ends of Language Systems" 3. Practical Application of Sentence Structure Knowledge in Vietnamese in Language Teaching 4. Practical Application of Knowledge in Vietnamese Lexicon in Translation Practice 5. Grammatical Irregularities in Everyday Speech and Phrasemes 6. Group Discussion on Selected Topics Regarding the Vietnamese Language Literature: Will always be prepared well in advance and made available in study materials before each class.
