Course objectives
Survey of French literature from the 18th century to our time. Principal periods, authors and works.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Od realismu k naturalismu a experimentálnímu románu. Vývoj poezie v 2. pol. 19. stol. (parnasismus, symbolismus, začátky moderní poezie). Próza na počátku 20. století a vznik moderního románu. Nové směry, poezie a próza mezi dvěma světovými válkami (surrealismus). Existencialismus a literatura. Próza, poezie a drama v 2. polovině 20. století.
